For SEO Practitioners

Evidence-Backed Audits for Client Websites

Run repeatable single-page or bounded site audits, prioritize findings, and hand clients or developers clear next steps.

Private beta opens by September 30, 2026. Approved beta access will be free with no card required; early-access requests receive a reply within one business day.

SEO Crystal Ball separates confirmed findings from uncertain signals, keeps the supporting evidence visible, and explains what to verify next. It is built for agencies, consultants, and in-house teams, not ranking prophecy.

Audit scope

Built for Clear Page and Site Reviews

Run a focused page review or scan a bounded set of same-site pages through organic-link or sitemap discovery. In either mode, confirmed findings stay separate from signals the scan could not verify.

What It Checks

  • HTTP status and redirects
  • Title and meta description
  • Canonical URL
  • Robots meta and indexability hints
  • H1, H2, and heading structure
  • Word count and thin-content warnings
  • Internal, external, and generic links
  • Image alt text and dimensions
  • JSON-LD and common schema types
  • Open Graph and social profile signals
  • Mobile viewport, language, hreflang, and favicon basics
  • Local/contact signals when relevant

Typical Outputs

  • Overall QA score and grade
  • Category scorecards
  • Top action plan
  • Verified issues
  • Items that could not be verified
  • Evidence and recommendations
  • JSON, Markdown, CSV, HTML, PDF, and XLSX exports

Current Caveats

  • It does not promise ranking outcomes.
  • Site scans are intentionally bounded rather than unlimited crawls.
  • Performance checks diagnose page patterns but do not replace lab and field Core Web Vitals data.
  • Backlink and domain-strength metrics require a configured external data provider.

Scan confidence

The Report Shows What It Could and Could Not Verify

Direct URL crawls can verify more technical signals. HTML snapshot scans are useful for visible-content review, but some raw-source checks may be marked unknown until a direct crawl or rendered-browser scan is available.

  • Confirmed fail and warning checks are grouped as verified issues.
  • Unknown checks are separated into a could-not-verify section.
  • Related findings are grouped into a shorter top action plan.
  • The score is framed as an internal QA score, not a Google ranking score.

Common questions

SEO Crystal Ball FAQ

Is SEO Crystal Ball free?

Private beta is planned to be free, with no credit card required for approved beta access.

Who is the private beta for?

It is for agencies, independent consultants, and in-house SEO teams that audit, improve, or report on websites. Businesses that want hands-on work can review SEO services.

When will I receive access?

Access requests are reviewed within one business day. Instructions are sent to the email address used on the request form.

Does the score predict Google rankings?

No. The score is an internal quality-assurance summary. It helps organize verified findings, but it does not predict rankings, traffic, or AI citations.

What if the scan finds a schema problem?

Start with the linked Fix Library guide. If you want the markup reviewed and implemented, a Schema Sprint starts at $249.

Workflow

Run an Evidence Loop, Not a One-Off Scan

Use the scan to document a page, choose a meaningful fix, hand off the source change, and verify the result with a follow-up review. Use the score guide to interpret the four scorecards, then use the prioritization guide to build a sensible work queue. Teams that also monitor AI visibility can use the AI search measurement guide to separate eligibility, citations, referrals, and business outcomes.
