Terms for Your SEO Wizard Services and Tools

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Your SEO Wizard websites, consulting services, project communications, and software tools, including SEO Graph Wizard, SEO Schema Wizard, SEO Crystal Ball, SEO Localization Wizard, and future Your SEO Wizard tools.

By using the site, requesting services, signing up for tool access, or using a Your SEO Wizard app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Business and Professional Use

Our services and tools are intended for business, professional, marketing, development, and SEO use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to submit websites, business information, analytics accounts, Search Console properties, files, or other data for review or reporting.

Tool Access and Accounts

Some tools may require a Your SEO Wizard account, license, invitation, entitlement, or access approval. We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access if required for security, abuse prevention, nonpayment, violation of these Terms, discontinued beta access, or other operational reasons.

Marketing email consent is not a condition of tool access. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails without losing app access solely because of that unsubscribe. We may still send service, account, security, access, billing, or support messages needed to operate the tools.

Google and Third-Party Services

Some tools connect to third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, hosted form providers, email providers, or hosting platforms. Your use of those services is also governed by the third party's terms and policies.

If you connect a Google account, you represent that you have permission to access the GA4 properties, Search Console sites, or other data you authorize the tool to use. You may revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions.

No SEO Guarantees

SEO tools and services can help identify issues, organize data, generate reports, and support better decisions. They do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, leads, indexing, rich results, or search engine treatment. Search engines, analytics platforms, and third-party tools may change their systems at any time.

User Responsibilities

• Use the tools lawfully and only with data you are authorized to access.
• Review outputs before publishing or relying on them.
• Protect local project files, exports, reports, credentials, and devices.
• Do not use the tools to misrepresent data, impersonate others, bypass access controls, or overload third-party APIs.
• Do not submit unlawful, confidential, or regulated data unless we have agreed in writing to handle it.

Beta and In-Development Tools

Some tools may be in beta, testing, or limited release. Beta tools may change, break, return incomplete results, or be discontinued. We may limit access, reset test data, change features, or require updated terms before continued use.

Intellectual Property

Your SEO Wizard owns its websites, branding, tool code, documentation, designs, templates, and related materials unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of data, content, and business information you provide, subject to the rights needed for us to provide services and tool functionality.

Exports and Reports

You may use generated exports and reports for your internal business, client reporting, or project work, provided you do not remove required notices, misrepresent the output, or use it unlawfully. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before making business decisions.

Payments

If paid services or paid app access are offered, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation rules will be provided at or before purchase. Unless separately stated, custom services and consulting fees are not refundable once work has begun.

Disclaimers

The site, services, and tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete data, or compatibility with every website, account, device, or third-party service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your SEO Wizard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost traffic, lost data, business interruption, or search ranking changes. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Your SEO Wizard for the service or tool giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the tools at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or abuse risks, lose required authorization, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue a tool or beta program.

Changes

We may update these Terms as services, tools, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
