## Who the workflow is for

SEO Content Wizard is designed for agencies, consultants, and in-house teams that publish or review content across more than one site or brand. It is not aimed at a business owner who needs one blog post. It is aimed at the operator who has to turn interviews, source material, subject-matter knowledge, and brand rules into a repeatable process.

The finished page should still be easy for a small-business reader to understand. The working system can be more rigorous. Keeping those two audiences separate prevents a useful content workflow from becoming either jargon-heavy for readers or too shallow for the people responsible for quality.

## Start with a complete brief

Begin with the job of the page, not a keyword list alone. Record the reader, their question, the offer or next action, the business facts that must be accurate, and what the page should not claim. Add the brand voice, preferred terms, phrases to avoid, and the internal pages that deserve a relevant link.

A useful brief also separates known information from open questions. If an article needs a customer example, price, result, location detail, or legal claim that is not supported yet, mark it for human input. This is less glamorous than pressing a single generate button, but it prevents a polished draft from hiding an invented detail.

## Keep evidence with the draft

Content becomes harder to review when the sources live in a separate chat, browser tab, or spreadsheet. Keep the source, a short note about why it matters, and any date or scope limit near the claim it supports. For client work, distinguish client-provided facts from independent sources and from suggested language that still needs confirmation.

This is especially useful for SEO and AI-search content. Direct answers, descriptive headings, first-party examples, dates, authorship, and visible supporting evidence make a page easier for people to verify and easier for systems to interpret. They are quality signals, not a promise of rankings or citations.

## Build and review the draft in stages

Use the approved brief to create a structure before drafting every paragraph. Start with the direct answer, then add the supporting explanation, examples, limitations, and useful next step. A section-level approach makes it easier to see when an answer is missing, a heading is vague, or an internal link does not fit naturally.

Review the draft against the brief before treating it as finished. Check factual claims, source context, voice, repetition, reading level, title and description, internal links, and calls to action. A strong draft can still fail because it is too broad, too certain, too thin, or too disconnected from the business that publishes it.

## Prepare a safe publishing handoff

Before publishing, hand off more than prose. Include the title tag, meta description, suggested URL, headings, internal links, image needs, source notes, and open questions. Note which details were supplied by the client and which still need approval. This gives an editor, developer, or client enough context to implement the page without guessing.

After publication, confirm that the rendered page matches the approved version. Check the URL, visible headings, links, metadata, indexability, and analytics or conversion tracking where relevant. ## What the tool does not decide

SEO Content Wizard does not replace subject-matter review, fact checking, legal review, or a publishing decision. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or AI citations. Its job is to make context, evidence, and unresolved questions easier to see before a page goes live.

Private beta access is limited. The early product will be shaped with practitioner feedback, so the best way to evaluate it is by the quality and speed of a real editorial workflow, not by a promise that one button can solve content strategy.
