A surprise text appeared one day. It was from a client who hired me to write his website a few years back. He is getting a favorable ROI from the website and our project investment. He wrote:

Last time?

When was the last time you wrote a surprise testimonial for a vendor? More importantly, when was the last time you received a surprise testimonial from a client? Sometimes clients are too busy to write. Sometimes they have other things on their mind. A surprise testimonial can make your day.

Grab a pen and some paper. Write a list of three vendors who have provided excellent work for you. you know….they provided far more than you expected, they delivered a great product and they met deadlines. You thoroughly enjoyed working with them. Write a surprise testimonial. They will surely appreaciate it.
